Ark State Senate Bill 777

Folks, we’d better be concerned about this “Animal Cruelty” bill going to law…

This is way too open ended and some animal rights nut is going to see us training a dog or you “spanking” your pet, video it and all of a sudden we are “torturing” this animal.
